Forever dreaming of chocolate Santas + candy cane everything! 🍫✨🎅

Marshmallows + chocolate fudge = the best cocoa ever! 🍫

RECIPE:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
3 cups milk chocolate chips
4 Tablespoons marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups of Mini Marshmallows
1/2 cup chocolate chips, separated!

Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. Combine the condensed milk, chocolate chips and marshmallow crème in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until chocolate chips have fully melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and add in the vanilla extract. Once vanilla is fully incorporated, add in about 1/2 cup to marshmallows and stir quickly so they don't melt. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Immediately top with mini marshmallows. In the microwave, melt the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and drizzle over the marshmallows! Let fully cool before cutting into squares. NOTE: If you put it in the refrigerator to cool for several hours or overnight, the marshmallows will cut cleaner & easier!

Making Nutty Pumpkin Lattes ☕🍂

Start with your favorite coffee, brewed and cooled. Add in a few pumpkin of hazelnut syrup (as desired) and stirred well. Pour over ice. In a separate glass, add in heavy whipping cream with a dash of pumpkin pie spice. Froth it together until thick and pour the iced coffee! Top with a pumpkin marshmallow and a fun straw to serve!

Recipe:

3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup Reeses Pieces
1/2 cup of white chocolate chips

In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugars and the butter until light and fluffy. Add in peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Mix until fully incorporated. Slowly mix in the flour, baking soda and baking powder, mixing on a low speed until just combined. Add in the Reese's Pieces and white chocolate. Using a cookie scoop, scoop dough balls on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. When the cookies are done, and still warm, press in a few extra white chocolate chips and Reese's Pieces if desired, and let them fully cool on the pan!

My recipe for the perfect cheeseboard:
- two "statement" cheeses (I used a cranberry cover goat cheese and a Brie wedge, I liked the different shapes!)
- two meats (I used mozzarella + salami pinwheel and prosciutto)
- cheese cubes
- fresh fruit
- chocolate covered nuts
- some sort of jam or spread
- two types of crackers (I used breadsticks and mini brioche toasts)

Is there anything cozier than a chocolate cake?! I mean maybe one topped with homemade chocolate frosting, Dracula kitkats, crushed Oreos, candy corn pumpkins + sprinkles!

For this, I pulled out a cherished family recipe - the absolute best homemade chocolate frosting! It's so easy to make and so versatile to top cookies, cupcakes, cakes and so much more!

Recipe:
6 tbsp softened butter (slightly melted)
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp honey
6 tbsp cocoa power
2 cups powdered sugar
2-4 tbsp milk (I used half and half)

Mix together the butter, honey, vanilla and cocoa until thick and fudgy. Add in one cup at a time of powered sugar followed by 1 tbsp of milk alternativing until it's fully combined. If you need to add more milk to thin it out, add up to 4 tbsp gradually!

It's thick, fudgey and so delicious!

The perfect Fall treat! A recipe we've passed down 3 generations, Nanny's Apple Crisp 🍎🍂 I made a couple small tweaks over the years and it truly is the best apple crisp I've ever had! We make it over and over all season long!

FOR THE FILLING:
5 cups of apples - peeled & sliced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

FOR THE TOPPING:
½ cup flour
1 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup cold butter, cut into small cubes
1 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

Add the apples (after they are peeled & sliced) to a large bowl. Add in dry ingredients and mix until coated. Place in a 9 x 13 pan.

Use a fork to combine the butter and the dry ingredients, for about 2 minutes. There should still be chunks of butter! Place topping evenly over the apples.

Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes! For the last 15 minutes, turn the oven up to 400 degrees. Everything comes together in the perfect caramelized way! Store in fridge and enjoy warm or cold! 🍎

The Floating Ghost Tutorial 👻

A few tips I could fit in the video:
*when gluing the Styrofoam ball to the lights make tmsure the batteries are NOT in it yet and glue the side with the on and off lever. Just make sure to not cover the light switch!
*you only need ONE pack of the white fabric and we had plenty left over to do at least 6 total.

The easiest pumpkin dessert (or snack) ever! We have made this for YEARS, and remains to be a household favorite! Similar to my pumpkin cookies, the texture of this cake is so soft & chewy and the flavor is bursting with cinnamon, vanilla and pumpkin! It is one of those treats that you will want on repeat all season long!

Pumpkin Snack Cake
1 cup flour (I use oat flour but regular works too!)
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
¾ cup canned 100% pure pumpkin puree
2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Vanilla Cinnamon Frosting
4 ounces of cream cheese-softened (softened)
¼ cup butter (I prefer salted!)
1.5 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon

In a stand mixer, mix together the butter and sugars until combined. Add in the egg, vanilla and pumpkin. Mix again until combined. Slowly add in the cinnamon, baking soda and flour. Pour in a greased baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean.

For the frosting, add cream cheese, butter and vanilla in a mixer. Once smooth, add in the cinnamon and the powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time.

Tip: Bake in a shallow pan about 9 x 6 (which is the perfect amount for 2 or even 4 people for a few days!) OR double the recipe and bake in a 9 x 13. The cake will be shallow- that is the point! It's so light! Store in the fridge.

A little peanut butter, a little chocolate, and a whole lot of cozy. ✨ The best peanut butter cookies made cuter with Oreos and Halloween Reeses! 🦇👻

Recipe:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Optional (and quantity as desired): Reeses Ghosts, Mini Reeses Cups, Oreos and Candy Eyes.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugars and the butter until light and fluffy. Add in peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Mix until fully incorporated. Slowly mix in the flour, baking soda and baking powder, mixing on a low speed until just combined. Using a cookie scoop, scoop dough balls on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. When the cookies are done, and still warm, press in your desired toppings and let them fully cook on the pan!

The best Caramel Apple dip for Fall! 🍂

For the salted caramel sauce:
1/2 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of half and half
1/4 tsp of sea salt (a little less if your butter is salted)

Start by melting the sugar in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Stirring pretty consistently, as this could take up to 15 minutes. When the sugar is fully melted with no clumps left, remove from heat and add in the butter. Stir consistently until butter is fully melted. Add in the half and half and the salt. If at any point after removing from heat the mixture seems to separate or isn't coming together you can put it back on the heat on low. If you don't burn the sugar this recipe is pretty foolproof and resilient. Just takes a little patience!

For the cream cheese base:
1 block of cream cheese (softened to room temp)
1/2 cup of cream cheese
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until fully combined! Place in a bowl, top with the slightly cooled caramel sauce and top with Heath pieces.

Serve with sugar cookies, Graham crackers or apple slices! Store left overs in the fridge but can be made up to a week in advance! 🍏

These cookies are so soft, pillowy, and full of pumpkin spice flavor — these cookies are perfectly sweet without being too much. They’re just as good on their own as they are topped with a dreamy frosting!

2 ½ cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup butter
1 ½ cup of sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Mix the dry ingredients and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with sugar, pumpkin, egg and vanilla. Once fully incorporated, slowly add in the dry ingredients. Place large on a parchment lined baking sheets.Bake for about 15-20 minute until set!

For the frosting: mix one block of softened cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar and 1 tbsp of vanilla until smooth!
